Nargis Awan Senior Partner
Nargis qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 although she had been accredited under the Immigration and Asylum Scheme since 2005 and had been performing higher level work and advocacy at the Immigration Tribunals since then.
She regularly deals with complex immigration matters and has varied and extensive immigration experience. She also specialises in Human Rights law which is a complex and far reaching area of the law.
Nargis is accredited to Supervisor level of the Law Society Immigration Accreditation Scheme and has over ten years of immigration experience. She has been commended by both judges and clients due to her skills and expertise in immigration law.
Trusted by many, Nargis is able to advise fully on the law and procedure ensuring optimum results. Her honest and sincere advice coupled with her friendly manner and extensive knowledge have kept clients satisfied and returning for any future matters.
Nargis has wide ranging experience in immigration law and clients are impressed by her attention to detail and dedication to their cases. She has appeared and succeeded in complicated Upper Tribunal appeals also as recently as 2022.
Nargis also regularly deals with family law matters and has represented clients with their divorce and financial claims through the courts. This includes and is not limited to complex financial disputes involving a large portfolio of properties and a number of assets to be divided.
Nargis is also a dual qualified Barrister of Lincoln’s Inn who can represent at court independently as a barrister on a direct access basis.
Varinder Bhandal Solicitor
Varinder qualified as a solicitor in April 2008. She specialises in Family & Children Law and is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel. She is very experienced in private Children Law matters, having represented parties in the High Court including parents, grandparents and other family members.
Varinder is a member of the Association of Lawyers for Children. Varinder is also experienced in dealing with complex financial disputes following the breakdown of a relationship including pensions and companies.
As a member of Resolution, Varinder is always committed to achieving a non-confrontational and constructive resolution to family disputes. She focuses on resolving matters in the most timely and cost-effective manner whether by means of active negotiation, mediation or the issue of Court proceedings.
Varinder is also a Resolution qualified all-issues Family Mediator and can assist separating couples in resolving their finance and/or children matters.
